Information you provide to us: When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, business name, timezone, and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously. Using the site you may provide information related to how you accrue paid time off from work. This includes how much time you have, when you accrue, how much you accrue, maximum amount of time, how you want to view your time, and/or any holidays your company gives you. You may also subscribe to the service and provide the same information for other PTO accruing profiles.

Information we collect automatically: When you use the platform, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns. We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect some of this information. We use this information to improve our service and provide you with a better experience.

Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on this site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

What control of your data do you have?

Through the settings pages, a user has full control over the data they have provided. When you delete your data it is removed from the platform permanently. When you delete your account, all of your linked account data will be deleted permanently.

Do we keep more data than we have to?

No, we only store data required to allow a user to track their PTO on our platform. We do not save or access any other data, for any other purpose.

Do we use encryption?

We use advanced encryption approved and used by the U.S. Government to encrypt and protect sensitive information including your account password.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Childrens Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Opt-out Information

You may opt-out of notification emails that the service may send you. You may also opt-out of Salerno Labs LLC company and service notifications. At present we do not perform any anonymous data sharing.
