I've been using ITO for nearly two years now and am very happy with it. Background: I am a federal employee, and thus am counting time that way. There is one minor usability annoyance I have finally decided to write about. So, here goes: My main leave type I get is called Annual Leave. I've set it up nicely and the automatic balance adjustments work fine. When I tap (on the main screen) on Annual Hours, the calendar appears on top, below the list of the annual leave days I'm projecting so far. The list, however, is sorted in descending order. This means that the top item on the list is my Christmas 2012 leave, whereas the NEXT leave item coming up is at the very bottom of the list and needs constant scrolling to see. Would it be hard to sort that list of projected leave dates in ascending order so that the next leave item is actually visible at the top of the list?

How about a vacation accrual for every other month? We accrue days here Jan/March/May/July/Sept/Nov. (or a custom accrual... We used to do this schedule, plus a bonus day throughout the year and then additional days on your anniversary.)

Id like to see an option for max accrual. For vacation time I'm allowed to keep double what I earn yearly. It would be nice for the program to auto calculate what my max is and give me a push notificatoion before I max out.

Really like the latest updates....
When I enter vacation time for the thanksgiving holiday, for example, the time is deducted from my current bank - it doesn't wait until the future date to deduct this time.
Could this be fixed?

Thanks!

I work a 12 hour shift, 4 days on, 4 days off. LIke Jeff, it would be great if I could enter the starting day that I work, and the program keep up with my schedule. It is so annoying to have to carry around a "paper" schedule when I go places and have to schedule appointments months in advance. If the program could show my work schedule for the year, i would never have to carry a "paper" schedule cause I always have my phone. This is a great program, keep up the great work.

It would be great if shiftworkers could enter their schedule on the calendar, to keep track of their schedule and leave all in one spot. Maybe one field just above the all hours field for entering shifts? That would be fantastic! Anyway, great work, this app is amazing!
