Or is there a way iTunes will only back up the iTookoff app? thanks in advance hello

I have an Verizon iPhone which does not yet have an ISO 4.3 update available. I updated iTookOff, and iTunes reported that iTookOff is not supported on older IOS versions. So I no longer have iTookOff on my iPhone. I really hope I didn't lose my years of data. Please look into this and fix. Is there any hope of my getting the data back?
